At present, the water and electricity meters in many old residential areas are still non-intelligent mechanical meters and card meters. It requires manual meter reading and charging, and the management mode is relatively backward. Property units are faced with difficulties in meter reading, pricing, charging, notification and troubleshooting. Resident merchants are also facing difficulties in payment and inquiry.         

      Recently, colleagues from the marketing department of Wuhan TimeWave IOT Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "TimeWave Network") led the company's pre-sales  technicians to the site of a project located in Wuhan Economic Development Zone for survey, and recorded the problems and demand points in property management.

　　The project is located in Wuhan Economic Development Zone. It is a comprehensive building type integrating commercial area and residential area built in 2013, with a total floor area of about 70000㎡.

　　The property management personnel introduced: "When the IC card meter was used to collect the electricity charge before, every time the owner runs out of electricity, the electricity meter will be cut off directly, and could not know the balance in advance. After the power was cut off, the owner also need to found the card and took the card to the property management office for recharging. After recharging, the owner took the card to the distribution box to find his electricity meter and insert the card to recharge the electricity data to the electricity meter. The whole process was quite cumbersome and time-consuming".
