      01 - Confirm the transformation purpose&determine appropriate equipment and accessories

      This transformation needs to realize online meter reading monitoring, remote on-off, online payment and other functions of electricity meters in the dormitories of students and faculty in multiple campuses of Hubei University of Chinese Medicine. Adopt LoRaWAN intelligent meter reading and charging solution.

02 - Select appropriate points on the spot and fix them

There are many unstable factors in equipment installation, including site access conditions, safety of installation environment, compliance with signal conditions, and the need for special installation accessories. Before equipment installation, the actual situation on site must be investigated to obtain necessary information, understand the site installation environment, and prepare corresponding installation accessories for later equipment installation.

　　Information is recorded for each survey completed point. In addition, all the survey records will be summarized for brief reporting to Party A and leaders.

      03-Install

      After arrival of equipment: check and confirm the quantity and accessories in advance. Provide safety knowledge training for operators, and emphasize the importance of standardized operation.

      Before equipment installation: constructors wear safety belts and protective devices. The installation and operation can only be carried out after confirming that the construction site meets the safety operation standards.

      During installation: on-site technical support engineers measure, verify and record relevant parameter information. Confirm the measurement environment and use the corresponding installation tools reasonably.

　　After the installation is completed, the test run will last about 1-2 weeks. After confirming that all the equipment operates normally and the data is normal, the installation acceptance shall be completed with Party A. Submit on-site installation data, verify installation site information, explain the use of software platform, guide Party A's management personnel to complete online account registration, introduce equipment principles and fault diagnosis methods, etc., so as to facilitate later management, communication and coordination.

       04-Operations　　

      After the equipment is installed, commissioned and delivered for use, the operation and maintenance work should also follow up: check whether the equipment&data are abnormal, analyze and diagnose the equipment failure, and summarize the equipment information.
