The project is located in Yanjiang Avenue, Jianghan District, Wuhan. It is an intelligent comprehensive building integrating office buildings, hotels and shopping malls. It is composed of two fan-shaped buildings in the east and west and a 4-storey podium. The east side of the main building is a three-star standard hotel, Changhang Merrill Lynch Hotel, and the west side of the main building is an intelligent office building. The podium on the first to fourth floors is for shops and banks.

　　Programme effectiveness:

　　Complete the electrical meter transformation of the office building. Remote meter reading is realized by installing smart meter and setting up Lora Gateway. Through the TimeWave energy supervision platform, the functions of remote power on and off, time-sharing power supply, charge management, data summary and report export are realized. Users can use wechat mobile phone for volume query and pre-payment recharge.
